These are really good! I don’t like the soft baked Enjoy Life cookies very much,
but these crunchy ones are great when dipped in plant milk.

I'm surprised they taste this good!! They are gluten free and i'm not a "I
don't eat gluten" person, i'm more like a "I FREAKING LOVE GLUTEN" one. 🤷♀️And they have strange ingredient that sound so healthy like konjac powder and rosemary extract but again they taste really good, have a good crunchy crispy texture and I was really challenged to not eat the entire box... So it's a success 🍪
