First time trying the Emborg vegan range & im super impressed! Affordable & super melty

Pretty good cheese slices. I used these to make a cheese, tomato and basil sandwich and it was really nice. They don’t have a very strong flavour but I don’t recall mozzarella being a cheese with all that much flavour. #cheese #mozzarella #vegancheese #veganmozzarella #nondairy

The texture is just nice. The taste is a little faint for me. Ingredients are pretty simple. My non-veg sister-in-law made #vegan #pizza just for me! She used this #dairyfree #mozzarella cheese as it’s the only one she could find at #FairPriceXtra. It melts like cheese but doesn’t have a strong cheesy flavour. I would prefer something like violife’s mature cheddar. Not recommended, but it’s good to have as a choice at the supermarket.
