Buonissima crema di formaggio vegana trovata in un supermercato in Islanda
Consistenza soda. Sapore a metà tra il burro e il formaggio spalmabile. Potrebbe essere perfetto per chi apprezza spalmare il pane con queste cose. Io l'ho usato per mescolarne un cucchiaio a un condimento di carciofi frullati che ho fatto io per la pasta, e conferisce cremosità e arricchisce il sapore. Consiglio di non metterne troppo però.
