Creamy Cashew Carrot Ginger Soup

Definitely creamy but I wasn’t super loving the taste. Finished it all so I could reap some health benefits but I wouldn’t get it again

This is truly a joy, even if ginger is not always your thing, but with crackers this soup gets everyone warm

I usually make my own soup but when I’m lazy I really enjoy this flavour !

It may seem like a blended soup would be boring but the flavor of this one is a delight for my tastebuds! It’s the perfect amount of creamy with a little kick from the ginger. I will definitely buy this again.
