I used it to make tomato sauce and the result was good, but once I tried it by itself it was kinda bitter, more bitter than the one I used to use. I like the fact that the only ingredient is tomato, they don't add anything else, like most of tomato sauces I find. I like the texture, it's smooth and I didn't find any pieces totally the opposite of what I expected it to be (less smooth and with some pieces). Also the fact that it's organic is a plus. I am conflicted about the fact that the tomatoes come from Italy, I mean it is really far from here and there are for sure tomatoes nearer to Canada, but at the same time I understand that Italian tomatoes are usually good. #abillionlove
