As a side dish to sausages in puff pastry, I made an #Easter pasta salad.
The #pasta is in the shape of Easter motives, and it is colorful due to the addition of tomatoes, beets and spinach. I added plain tofu (marinated overnight), boiled broccoli, chickpeas, red onion and black olives to the salad. I used sweet and sour chili sauce as a dressing.
Delicious!
