Cinnamon Roll Blondie Bar Baking Mix

My boyfriend is a huge lover of cinnamon rolls so I made sure to purchase this mix when I saw it at Trader Joe’s. It has, admittedly been sitting in the cupboard for some time now and I cannot recall exactly when I purchased it but my guess is that it was in the fall of last year, so I’d suspect perhaps it will return in the fall of this year. @clarendiee do you remember this one? 😊 I used Bob’s Red Mill GF egg replacer and Country Crock Avocado Plant Butter sticks as replacements. The blondies came out pretty dense; not sure if that is how they were intended or if I used the wrong sub. (I always find both of these to work perfectly in any non-vegan cookie recipe but perhaps this needed something different?) Regardless, they are SUPER tasty. The inside is soft and the outsides are crisp. They really do taste like what you’d imagine a cinnamon roll blondie tasting like. Very good BUT also very sweet and very rich. Now I have a #sweettooth but just a small piece is enough for me. It seems like that is what TJ was intending by making this TWENTY serving sizes for an 8x8 pan! 😱 The instructions were easy to follow and it was simple to make. I tried to make the icing look cute but it all kind of ran together.
