Chocolate Truffle Cake

😋😋😋 #throwbackfriday I found these at a market in Rhinebeck, New York in October 2025 #bringbackdates they are delicious. I ate mine in the car on the way to the airport. I understand the giant plastic container protects it from getting smooshed but there has to be a better way. They only lose points on nutrition because of the sugar content but these are largely organic and so delicious. I would absolutely get these again for someone’s birthday or something like that

Very rich and delicious!!! Suuuuuuuper high in fat and calories, but was a good birthday treat.

Super rich and chocolatey. Love the crunchy chocolate shell on the top.

These mini cakes are really rich and very chocolatey. You can taste the cashewness but that’s not a bad thing. Would purchase again. The only downside is the plastic; at the very least make sure to recycle!
