It's a good addition to your pre-workout or breakfast if you want some gains! I use protein powder sparingly, relatively more economical and convenient than cooking up protein heavy meals every day. This is much better than I expected it to be, since a lot of comments on iherb were about it being sandy and having a weird aftertaste. It tastes good to me. Works well in making protein snacks and baking too.

I believe this was one of my first product views but I reviewed it under iHerb 🤣 This was one of the less chalky vegan protein powders but I got tired of the flavor after all but guess what this is now in rotation because I got tired of the California Gold Cinnamon Bun flavor 😝
