Chickpeas and I have a great relationship! They have sooo many uses, sweet and savoury.. Great in salads, roasted, covered in chocolate😍 AND the water aka aquafaba can be whipped up to substitute egg white in baking, chocolate mousse or even vegan butter! So a great tip is to use the whole contents of the can, don't throw the water away!🥰
Like to keep a tin of these in the pantry. A great source of protein to add to a dish. Can roast them to get a nice crunchy texture. Very versatile.
These are delicious fried with garlic and chili and salt and served as a snack. In fact they are good for everything.
