Chickpea flour

I've been making vegan scrambles or vegan French toast with this flour for years. Many people I know love it

Great to have this product in the pantry so one has it on hand when a recipe calls for it. #veganisnotscary

I bought this to make the Woolworths Falafel mix. I have also made flapjacks with it. Has a different taste but Healthier i guess.

A nice high protein flour which worked great for flap jacks #veganuary

Just add a little water and some kala namak and this makes a pretty decent eggy pancake/omelette.
