Bolas de arroz rellenas: no sé exactamente cuál es el relleno ni el especiado pero me han encantado. Ideal para tomar como aperitivo. Envasado en bolsitas individuales.

I found these #bulgogi flavored rice balls at Seoul Plaza in Birmingham. I believe they were somewhere around £5, but I’m not sure so clearly I need to go back for more, right? Right! These had so much flavor! Mushroom, soy sauce, just various amazing flavors colliding. This is my food 😭 it’s just so good! 🇰🇷🍙 Yum. Another great #lazyvegan meal to keep in the freezer ❄️for when you’re wanting something tasty. It’s a #korean style #riceball which can be #snack or meal. Not the 🌱healthiest but I’d probably get these again anyway, oops. Clearly labelled #vegan. It looks like #onion 🧅and #mushroom 🍄‍🟫are the main veg ingredients. Worth trying for sure if you come across these. I’m going to poke them to improve the recipe and packaging. Very good and #convenient, although a touch too #salty for my tastes. Exciting to see big Asian brands starting to cater for plant eaters too! I cooked these in the #airfryer and they crisped nicely on the outside. I will purchase again, mainly for a quick occasional #snack as I don’t think they’re too healthy #simbasofabv
