Organic Canadian Maple Syrup

Deliciously poured over my banana pancakes 🥞 plant based ‘gud’ness

Love this and use it in granola.. fruit.. baking and it’s organic

I wasn’t overwhelmed by this syrup, but it wasn’t bad. The flavor was somewhat dull,

but it did help me eat some of the grossest pancakes I’ve ever had (don’t talk to me about pancake shakers. It’s like eating gum!! 🤢).

My absolute favourite sweetener!

It's a little pricey but if you think about the amount

of syrup that needs to be extracted from trees and the subsequent processing, the price becomes acceptable.

I use it to sweeten pancakes, protein shakes, teas, matcha but it also works extremely well when added to savoury dishes. For example, I often add it to vegetable noodles with tamari/coconut aminos and let it caramelise to form a sticky sauce. It also makes a perfect sauce to contrast bitterness of tempeh!
