Brilliant Bolognese

This was edible, not great. Apart from salt and pepper that I always add I would also suggest bringing this to life with some Italian seasoning. I would cook it for a bit longer than suggested with the lid on so the carrots get a bit more soft. I do love lentils, but I think they got a bit carried away here. Every bite was mostly lentils, with a bit of pasta and 1 piece of carrot. #tryharder #bolognese #lentils
