The best brie I've tried in Australia. Creamy and great on a biscuit with a little cranberry jelly. (If you get to Switzerland, New Roots make an amazing brie that is fermented like dairy brie is. )

Really really really wanted this to be good and unfortunately.... I really didn't like this one bit. I understand you are not going to get a full creamy cheesy experience with a dairy free cheese but I have eaten many that at least fill a gap when you are craving cheese. This one was actually quite unpleasant on a number of levels. Firstly the texture was a bit like a well mixed builder's putty... And the taste was akin to a well mixed builder's putty also.
Great snack! Paired with a simple cracker. Creamy brie. Soft cheese. Best served at room temperature #veganisnotscary #vegancheese
