Although you can buy whole flax seeds and grind, I love the convenience of having

ground on hand, and you can’t go wrong when it’s organic product from bob’s red mill. Per advice from numerous plant-Based experts, I try to eat 1 TB per day and throw this in salads, smoothies , oatmeal, soups. Pro tip: store in freezer or fridge. #uplandspeak

Really happy with this product! My local bulk store does not carry the flaxseed meal,

and i found that my food processor isn't too great at grinding the whole flax seeds. This makes it much easier for me. It's great value too! Almost 500g of this for 5.50 SGD - and it will last me a really long time! I usually use it as a topping for my oats, but am planning to use it as an egg substitute for baking soon.
