Bim's Berry Cheezecake

This variant is my favorite so far. Very refreshing and creamy and fruity, with cake layers too. Fantastic.

Didn't taste close as japanese cheese tart but since I've tried their dairy cheese tart, I can say the crumbs inside reminded me of their cheese tarts. The cream was light, perfect balance of sweet and sour, though I would like them to add more crumbs so that the savoriness can balance the cream and everything.
