🤓 just a quick #nerdyfact beans are the seeds from the plant genus: Phaseolus.
The plant was domesticated in America in the pre-Columbian era [before 1492]. Recent genetic studies found this cool fact [I know it because part of this study was performed where I obtained my PhD 👩🏽🔬].
The exact point is unknown but should be In the part previously called: Mesoamerica and even a bit far, close to Peru. In any case only after C. Columbus arrived to America, Europe could get this valuable food! In the “old world” we can find the word “bean” mainly referring to fava beans, but only after 1500 the plants were grown in the “old World”
And now in 2021 we can all enjoy this delicious chips 🙌🏽 full of fiber and protein 🤟🏽

These are bloody delicious! They do have a little bit of spice to them.
I guess it depends on your spice tolerance. My partner prefers the other flavours in this range but I love these ones. #veganisnotscary
