It was the first time i gave this a try since i found it discounted. It was pretty good for a glutenfree ready mix, i used it to make small muffins and the portion was on the spot. It might be a bit dry for some so it pairs best with coffee or tea rather then simple, but otherwise it was good and easy to prepare.
