This is my first time trying Daily Harvest, and I'm impressed!! I love Flatbread, so I had to try the Artichoke + Spinach. Oh my goodness! It's loaded with veggies such as broccoli, artichoke hearts, spinach, celery, and cauliflower puree. It is well balanced, flavorful, creamy, and oh so satisfying! A delightful blend of plant-based goodness, for sure. Super convenient and fast-these have been great to have on hand while working from home. Really clean ingredients-the taste is definitely ‘healthy’ but in a good way. Tastes fresh & green. Love the thin-crispy-toasty broccoli crust. It did need a little salt and some red pepper flakes. A point off for being a bit pricey.
