Long #organic #wholegrain #rice purchased at #lidl. It cooks up nicely BUT note that the package instructions are incorrect!! The recomended ratio of 4,5 portions water to 1 portion rice are completely off, I ended up with rice soup after 30 minutes of cooking. But I drained out the water and warmed it a bit more and it was perfect. I think that 2,5 to 1 is likely the correct ratio. That said, it is great nutritionally though Yuka shies from a score of 100 due to the high caloric content (361 calories per 100g). The rice is grown in the EU and packaged in italy in recyclable material (still plastic). El tiempo de cocción que indica en el envase es de 35-40 minutos, sin embargo he probado en diferentes calderos y tardo mucho menos. Tiene buena calidad y no se pasa con facilidad.
