I love this GF Vegan MAC by Annie’s. If you like tteokbokki (chewy rice cakes),
you’ll really like this pasta. My fav!

I am not gluten free but I absolutely love this one! It’s SO good. We
steamed it in our rice cooker for 5 minutes. Checked it and stirred. Steamed again for another 5 mins and it was PERFECT. (Oh and we cooked two boxes). Then we added the powder cheese, some spinach, a little butter, and then covered it for a couple of minutes. Seriously it’s so good.

Boxed Mac n cheese is so underrated. 🔥 I love this gf & vegan Mac.
I usually don't add plant based milk because I like it nice n cheesy! Just a little miyoke's cultured vegan butter then saute a few baby Bella mushrooms & top with a sprinkle of hemp seeds! Do it and thank me later. 😉

This is my favorite from a box vegan Gluten-Free mac and cheese. I think I
like it better than Daiya. Whenever I have a craving for mac and cheese and I don't have any Frozen Amy's mac and cheese I go for this one and I try to keep some in my pantry. it's kind of hard to find in the store though it's like Annie's has every other version except for this one. I actually found it at the Safeway by my house but each Safeway is different. If you find it in the store I would buy several since it is hard to find. If you wanted to make it for kids you could add a beyond dinner sausage to it.
