Zaatar pita

Fluffy and yummy pita bread! Found out that Zaatar is a Middle Eastern spice blend usually comprised of sumac, thyme, and sesame seeds.

Fragrant mixed green mediterranean spices (think Subway bread) on soft & fluffy pita :’)

(Hidden below the Ras El Hanout Pita in the picture, sorry!) Roasted sesame seeds and thyme herbs, more towards the savoury side. Loved the pillowy soft texture! ($2.50 a la carte, $28.50 for full Taste It All platter)

Got garlic, Za’atar and plain whole wheat pita they were all so lovely!!
