Yuzu Cake

This is a 1Kg cake for only $38! Got it for Mother’s Day for someone. The sponge was light and fluffy, the cream was creamy and smooth, and a slight yuzu taste in the orange cream. Liked the candied syrup yuzu fruit pieces too. I love that Mbakery put lots of thought into their cakes and just by the presentation, the way they decorated the cake, it looks so beautiful you can’t wait to dig in! They even gave the Mother’s Day cake topper.

Tastes pretty good, but it needs a bit more cream. There is some Yuzu pieces in the cake too.

Refreshing but it tasted like only the top was Yuzu Marmalade. Lightweight and not as sweet as the Cranberry cake. It also has inspired me to experiment with Yuzu in cakes soon when I’ve time 🙈

Vegan cake can be found in this bakery! Tried the yuzu cake. A bit dry and sweet but still alrighty! Reasonable pricing (forgot exact but think less than 4sgd) and quick fix for dessert cravings! #veganin2020
