Original vegan dish boasted of kale, lotus crisps, garlic chips, peanuts, smoked paprika, yogurt, chilli-calamansi vinaigrette. After putting in a request for garlic chips and nuts removal, it looked like.. a Chinese stir fry & tasted like an acid spiked Xmas tree sans decoration 🌲
@olympiasplate loved the delicious toasted cashews on this 🥦 broccolini salad! This is one of my favorite salads anywhere and I think what makes it really special is the different textures between the nuts and veggies and the amazingly light miso dressing that brings everything together. Definitely worth trying! #veganisnotscary
I love brocollini so this was a winner for me right away. Lightly cooked, still had a crunch and good texture, I really enjoyed it and all the flavours. Would highly recommend.
I loved this! Nutritious, fresh and crunchy! Nice little healthy break amongst all the sauces and flavours to wash the palette.
