This is a great choice when you're looking for something light and flavourful! The ginger sesame tofu was well-marinated and had the perfect balance of sweet and savoury. The tanginess of the pickled carrots, creamy buttery-ness of the avocado and the refreshing crunch of the kale all came together so well.
