Many locals may not know this but this little 'ol diner in Westerville actually has
a pretty good Tofu scramble. It's greasy diner food, which on some days, just hits the spot. Scrambled with peppers, onions and mushrooms. It also comes with a side of hasbrowns and toast (sin butter). I do have to put a disclaimer though, because I've gone 4x, mostly with non-vegan sister and hubs because they love the diner. This is the 1st time I had it and it was so good. The 2nd time, was pretty inedible, it was drowning in a pool of oil. 3rd time good, 4th time blech. So it's very inconsistent, unfortunately. But for $11 it's worth a shot!
