Watermelon Juice (No Ice)

More slushy than juice; more actual fruit than fruit juice, even. This cup of watermelon juice was confusingly lumpy, very unliquid and rather thick, in what seems like the result of watermelon placed in a blender. Intriguing but seems typical of the way 'juice' is made at Lau Pa Sat's fruit and juice stall. Have ordered other juices here with similar results.
