Vietnamese Roll with Mango Sauce

Alright.. so this was the other thing we tried at Baobab Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands. I thought it wouldn’t be filling enough but it sure was! 1 big roll filled with rice noodles, salad, alfalfa, mint and nori. And.. a couple of chunks of vegan shrimp!! Ho fatto togliere l’ avocado e mettere la mayo vegan, piatto delizioso e molto ricco. Caro ma pare sia tutto organic quindi giusto
