Victoria Sponge Cake

This cake was divine! I’ve been a vegan for 8 years and this was my first vegan Victoria sponge and it did not disappoint! The buttercream was so thick and gooey. The cake was light and fluffy. The jam was delectable and the three worked together to create a flavor and texture sensation! I cannot recommend this cake enough!
