Vermicelli noodles: bún Veggie Spring Rolls

Food was great, loved the meaty tofu and the super crispy veggie spring roll on top. You can have it mild or super spicy as they provide chili oil and fresh chilies at your request. I don't like crazy temperature hot food so this was perfect as it comes room temperature.

My favourite meal at Pho The spring rolls are to die for!! Loads of fresh herbs, carrots, bean sprouts with noodles and broth Feels really healthy and the prices are fair (around £9) + has a whole vegan menu that's really worth trying. #vietnamese #pho

Lovely spring rolls on top of noodles. Quite a plain dish - other things on the menu are much more flavoursome, but if you want something mild, this is good.

The most amazing food ever. Seriously just go and eat there. I didn’t know what I was missing but I’ve been thinking about it ever since. You can swap the spring rolls for This Is Not Chicken. My mum had this and said it was great!
