Veggie Ramen

Good vegetarian option in the airport! Oyster mushrooms were tough but overall not bad! (Echo the egg in the noodles so not sure this can be listed as vegan) Option to bad some veggie toppings too - I went for bamboo shoots :)

I was so amazed to find this #ramen at #changiairport at one of my favorite ramen places #ippudo. What was even more interesting is that they have 🌱 noodles! Had a lot of great veggies including bell peppers, mushrooms, spring onion and rocket in a perfectly light miso broth.
