Veggie fried rice

R145 - delicious! asked to have it without the egg and the waiter immediately said ‘aah vegan no problem’ I liked that. Lots of tofu, mushrooms, little bits of broccoli, carrot, chilli and then squeezing the lime juice over it rounds it off beautifully - I will have this again #veganrice #veggies #yummy y

I love a good fried rice and this dish from Saigon in Cape Town is one of the best i’ve had. Asked for it without egg to make it vegan. The saltiness of the soy dressing with the sourness of the lime were a great combination.
