Vegetarian pad Thai (made vegan)

I remember having the vegetarian food here many many years ago, so trying this again was a whole new experience. This was quite a tasty pad thai, with vegetables and tofu. I do wish there were more vegetables and tofu (dish was a bit carb heavy) but the flavour was really good and I would get this again! Regular plate of pad Thai with many greens. I thought the tofu tastes kinda sour but my husband thought it was interesting.

You can order through an iPad but I would recommend speaking to staff about making your order completely vegan. Removing egg and making sure the is no fish sauce etc. The staff was nice and understood when I said completely vegan. It was glorious! Completely as you would imagine a Pad Thai. So delicious, filled with heaps of flavour and just enough spice. I would definitely go back for more #thai #spicy
