Vegetarian Japchae

Japchae aka Korean stir-fried glass noodles ($13.80++ or $16.25) tossed in fragrant sesame oil & paired with enoki, crunchy red and green capsicum and zucchini, julienned carrots, pre-marinated shiitake & nutty sesame seeds 🌈 Would be even better if it came with some tofu for protein! Would also love a vegan Korean soup option like doenjjang jjigae (fermented bean paste stew) or sundubbu jjigae (soft tofu stew) :’) #korean #glassnoodles #noodles #japchae

I was very indifferent to this. It isn’t not nice, but theres nothing special about it and I certainly won’t order again.. I actually ended up ordering the bibimbap instead. #abillionturns3

This dish usually comes with meat but they accommodating when i asked for it to be veggie! super yummy as it came with the “Twice” set menu for 2 people. #veganisnotscary
