Vegetarian hot pot

Really missing the organic vegetable hot pot from Mahota at Kitchener Road. This is such a beautiful space with organic food and generous proportions. The four colour bean curd and konyaku "seafood" are original creations. Vege galore with chinese mushrooms, enoki, brown mushrooms, spinach, cabbage, corn, tomatoes, bean curd and vermicelli noodles. The sauces are yum - ginger, wasabi, sesame, chillie, etc. The hot pot is good for one large eater or shared with a friend. Now only a memory... #hotpot #organic

Very nice organic vegetables, but I felt need veg Option photo, my first hot pot so a bit complicated. Konjac (ROOT VEG) featured in pic- replace noodles- too chewy and flavourless for me but this was just one ingredient I personally didn't like. The whole meal was lovely but probably can share it as it's HUGE (I guess good value for money @ 18$
