The stall is called North & South Authentic Indian Cuisine, located at #01-82 in Maxwell Food Centre. It serves a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Vegetarian Biryani consisted of basmati rice, a chickpea dish, a lentil dish and a cauliflower dish and a veg samosa. It was tasty, mild in spiciness and very filling. There was no halal tray return station anywhere to be found in Maxwell Hawker Centre so you should return the plate to the stall owner and not a tray return place after eating.
