This variation on the usual oily, deep fried #samosa was very nice - a short crust pastry packed with potato and peas and infused with cinnamon. It’s accompanied by tamarind sauce.
Three are served in a portion.
Dishoom is a hugely successful chain. There is nearly always a waiting list. There’s a lively atmosphere of customers chatting in high spirits. They’re quite large restaurants with a busy team of staff who were very pleasant and helpful.
