Vegetable Gyoza

Before launching myself 35,000 feet into the air (i.e., flying in an airplane), I decided to treat myself to some gyoza 🥟 This wasn’t the best gyoza I’ve had but it was good nonetheless. Yo! did not disappoint when it came to the delicious veggie filling. The skin was a little chewy but the soy vinegar made up for it 😋 #gyoza #dumplings #chinesefood #veganisnotscary #vegan

Lovely and crunchy. Wish the portion was bigger but this was great value for £2 on the Eat Out to Help Out scheme. Wagamamas still do the best gyozas though!

They are a bit dry and crunchy but the inside is very nice. They are very filling.
