Vegetable Fritter

You're not seeing the full size of this veg-filled fritter in this picture as it was cut up by the auntie atop my plate of bee hoon. But it was massive and SO GOOD fresh out from frying. Timing probably had a huge part to do with it as I was there around 8am. ✌🏻Got this from the new no-name vegetarian stall at #01-17, where Ci Wen was previously.
