Vegetable Balls with Couscous

this was really delicious! portion was just right too :-) can’t wait to try the new plant balls soon

Fragrant fluffy cous cous. And a mountain of veggie balls to go along with it. This is usually served with sour cream. So remember to request the kitchen to not include it in your meal.

in order to veganize this: remove the cream cheese (i wanted to but the aunty was too skilful and fast for me lol). overall, the dish was quite dry so some sauce over the vegetable balls would be nice! everything else were surprisingly tasty though, and the serving size was definitely worth the money. thank you ikea for having vegan options!!!!
