This dish looks great! Right? Well, it tasted.. dirty? Floury? The pineapple is stuffed with pineapple chunks, portobello mushrooms, onions, and homemade vegan sausage. On the side is guac, Spanish rice, refried beans, and lettuce. I also got mini flour tortillas. Their sausage, however, made it worse. It had a floury taste to it. The dish was $16. I definitely won’t be ordering that again, but Cocina de Carlos has a lot of other vegan options, as in a whole section on their menu!
