Vegan Coconut Cheesecake (with a truffle on the side) from Camel Rock Restaurant in Scarborough. Make sure to order their Tofu “Fish” and Chips - worth a drive to the “Deep South”.

Made with dedicated coconut so not as smooth as some cheesecakes but it didn’t impair the flavour. Lovely, crunchy base.
