Vegan Tteokbokki

This dish had all kinds of interesting textures and flavors . Not as spicy as I would have liked but definitely flavorful. Almost like a pasta dish . Very good !

This was my preferred dish out of the 2 I shared with my mom. It was scrumptious!! If you love tteokbokki, they make it so well here! The sauce was spicy and umami, with that delicious fermented flavour from the gochujang. The rice cakes were plump and chewy. We got it with vegan beef which was so meaty and had an amazing texture. This dish was done perfectly. And it’s kind of the only thing I’ve had on this menu so far that lived up to the spiciness 🌶️. #welikeitspicy
