Vegan Tofu Stir Fry with Sourdough

Wagyu, despite the name, has been working very hard to provide vegetarian and vegan choices on their menu. Besides avo toast, this tofu stir fry is my new favourite. Hard tofu stir fry with onions, sun dried tomatoes, basil and olives, served with sourdough bread on the side. It was so good I came home and replicate the receipe. Great choice for those who do not eat eggs.,
