Vegan Spinach Quiche

This picture may not exactly suggest as much, but this #quiche was tiny 🥺 I don't know why I thought this would be sufficient for lunch (perhaps it was the price tag of RM16 😬), but I could've had 2 of these and been left #stillhungry 😐 But, that having been said, the flavour was superb. Whatever else they put in alongside the #spinach worked a real treat, maybe I'll just order them by the half-dozen in future 🥲
