Vegan Soup Dumpling

Amazing! Its a side dish at Kyoto Engine Ramen. A flavorful creamy soup with gyoza and shumai dumplings. I would not have guessed the shumai were vegan. Tastes great and a recommended appetizer before enjoying their vegan ramen.
