Vegan Scrapple

This breakfast sandwich was incredible, I was blown away. I had no idea what scrapple is but it was so good, kind of like a sausage patty. Also had tofu scramble and a garlic aioli....so so good I could eat it every morning. This restaurant had several vegan dishes and also vegan cookies and donuts!
