Vegan sausage sandwich

House smoked Beyond plant base sausage, mustard, house made cashew cheese, on a hoagie roll. Delicious sandwich, sausage has great flavor, everything charcoal grilled taste better. Bread too big for sausage size, next time might ask them to throw a second sausage link on my sandwich 🥪😀 really good dog though
