Vegan Pizza

(swapped avo for olives) A delicious pizza cooked to perfection, the sauce was great and the mushrooms were amazing whilst the sliced tomato brought some freshness to the dish. The vegan cheese does sit a bit heavier than normal cheese but in the end that just meant I ate less at the restaurant and had more for later! The only real critique I have is that the cheese was added in a slightly lopsided manner

Such a delicious pizza, crispy base, topped with napoli sauce, vegan mozzarella, mushrooms, avocado, spinach crisps and baby tomatoes. Definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while. #ashers
